Jet Flow Design LLC is a waterjet cutting job shop cutting many component, prototype, and residential parts. Waterjet cutting is a process of cutting various materials using high pressure and an inert garnet; however, for certain materials, we can use water only to cut. Some of the materials that we have cut include; ferrous and non ferrous metals, tiles, glass, plastics, rubbers, and foam. This material diversity opens up many industries that we work within.
The benefits of waterjet cutting verses other heat source cutting is that it allows us to cut thicker materials; it will not temper, or harden, the edge of metals parts and can be a more affordable solution in short run , or low volume, parts needs. We are located at 965 Stone Hill Rd. Denver PA, 17517 with hours M-F from 7:30 to 5 and hope to hear from you soon to help you with your cutting needs.
Nick is the technical and maintenance expert of Jet Flow Design LLC. He does most of the drafting jobs that come into the shop and is very insightful at figuring out and configuring our needs. He is extremely mechanically inclined so naturally the maintenance of our waterjets and other equipment allow him to be the fix-it guru. Before this business venture Nick worked at Spec Fab as a general shop worker doing various jobs and gaining valuable hands on work experience to apply within his own business. Nick has attended some formal college training in the mechanical engineering and computer coding fields. In his leisure time he enjoys fishing, boating, cooking and spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their two hounds, Maggie and JJ.
Ryan works within Jet Flow Design as sales and support on a non-daily basis. Currently Ryan is a working partner at Spec Fab LLC in Honey Brook, PA. Spec Fab was first started by Ryan in 1996 and is a metal fabrication shop. His roll at Spec Fab includes many daily business practices: daily shop work, purchasing, sales and service, trade shows, conflict resolution and project management. Prior to his current position Ryan was employed by Case New Holland, currently CNHi, in the Prototype Engineering Department. His spare time is spent helping anyone who needs a hand, dirt track racing, traveling, mastering the art of smoking and trying to keep up with his two beagle pups, Koko and Ginger.
Jen works as the office administrator and machine operator for Jet Flow Design LLC. She had acquired basic drafting skills through the instruction of Nick. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Albright College. Prior to opening Jet Flow LLC, Jen worked at Spec Fab LLC as a project manager and in purchasing. Jen enjoys traveling, cooking, going to the movies, reading and playing with her dogs.
